Privacy notice
Last updated 10 October 2026.
This notice explains what we do with the details you give us on jerkeez.co.uk. We keep it simple: we only use your details to look after your order.
Who we are
Jerkeez 876, 73 London Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1AX. We decide how your details are used. Questions about your data: email [email protected] or call 01732 457000.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number, and your email address if you give it.
- What you order, and the date and time you want it.
- For delivery, the address and postcode.
- Your company name, if it is a work order.
- Any allergies or dietary needs you tell us about.
- For a hamper sent as a gift, the person's name, their address and your gift message.
Why we use it
To prepare your food or hamper, to call you to confirm the details and arrange payment, and to deliver it. We use allergy and dietary information only so we can cook and pack your order safely. We use a gift recipient's details only to deliver their hamper. We do not use your details for marketing, and we never sell them.
The legal reason is that you asked us to do something for you: we need these details to take and fulfil your order.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs our order forms.
- Brevo delivers each order to our kitchen inbox as an email.
- postcodes.io receives only the postcode you type, to work out the delivery distance.
They only process the details to provide these services to us.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you build a food order, your basket is saved in your own browser so it is still there if you come back. It never leaves your device until you send the order.
How long we keep it
We keep order details for as long as we need them to look after your order and to keep our business records, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
